At Bluegrass Partners in Health, our mission is to provide exceptional and culturally sensitive healthcare services to the diverse community of Woodford County and surrounding central Kentucky areas. Our mission is to partner with you to help you in your recovery from current ailments, but more importantly to forge strong doctor-patient relationships built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.
Our Areas of Expertise
Evaluations and Consultations
The first appointment is a consultation and is meant to determine whether an ongoing treatment relationship with a doctor fits your needs. If mutually agreed upon, follow-up sessions for evaluation, tests and/or procedures can be scheduled, and the formal treatment relationship will commence.
Dr. Tur primarily sees adults from age 18 and older. School-age children with minor ailments or school and sports physicals need can be seen as needed. Dr. Tur does not provide care for infants, toddlers, or young children.

If you would like to become a new patient at our office, please select the appropriate button below to complete our new patient paperwork.
Once you have scheduled your first appointment, we will send you a link to our patient portal, Patient Fusion. Through our portal Patient Fusion. you can be accessed from a computer or through their app for mobile and tablet devices. Patient Fusion is a portal that allows communication with our staff, reviewing scheduling information, paying bills, and access to labs and other clinical documents.
We encourage you to complete as much information as possible online prior to your appointment, so that you can optimize to the maximum your doctor’s visit
